Our client, a leading Corporate Interior Fit-Out Contractor, boasts an annual turnover exceeding €25 million. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 10 years of experience to join their team, focusing on projects primarily within the Greater Dublin area. The role will be tailored to match the experience of the successful candidate, whether it leans towards pre-contract, post-contract duties, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Commercial Director, managing a portfolio of 2-3 contracts.
  • Oversee the estimation, procurement, and appointment of all subcontract packages.
  • Manage interim valuations and final accounts for subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to manage client accounts.
  • Handle all commercial aspects of variations and dayworks, ensuring clear communication with clients, internal design teams, and subcontractors regarding cost and program implications.
