We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (or a candidate ready to take the next step in their career) to join our client’s dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning life sciences and multi-unit residential developments in the Leinster area.
About the Role:
Based at our client’s modern, open-plan Dublin HQ, conveniently located near the M50, this role requires regular site visits and daily interaction with site teams. This is a client-facing position with responsibilities including:
- Overseeing project progress, variations, and day works.
- Direct collaboration with client and site-based teams.
Some remote working flexibility is offered, subject to project and business requirements.
About the Company:
Our client is a well-established firm with nearly 20 years of experience, known for being a preferred contractor to major international players in the life sciences sector. Their core expertise lies in the CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) space, and they have successfully expanded into multi-unit residential construction.
- Commercial Team Size: 6 Surveyors.
- Total Staff: Approx. 50 professionals.
- Annual Turnover: ~€40m.
- Most work is subcontracted to trusted specialist subcontractors, with whom strong partnerships have been built.
This position reports to the Commercial Manager and COO, with significant opportunities for advancement as the company enters its next growth phase.
