The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant / Manager to assist them in improving the performance of their property portfolio from a Sustainability perspective. They have a large portfolio of properties across the Munster region, specifically Co Kerry.
This role offers a real opportunity for the successful candidate to make a real difference. They will be empowered to make changes, supported externally and internally to deliver better results for the clients Property Portfolio from and Environmental and Sustainability standpoint.
The role in essence will incorporate a mix of:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, Liaising, Educating, and leading the various stakeholders as to what can be done to improve their buildings performance.
- Carry out surveys and assessments to identify “easy wins” and to maximise returns on investment.
- Design team management.
- Contractor appointment and supervision.
- Change / variation management.
- Progress and budget reporting to head office and stakeholders.
- Financial and Budget reporting.
Candidate Profile
Candidates will be expected to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a construction related discipline with a minimum of 7 to 8 years post grad experience some of which will be expected to have focused on Sustainability in the Real Estate sector.
