Dublin – Corporate Fit Out

A long-standing client have a requirement for two further Quantity Surveyors for their Dublin based Cost Management team. The roles are at Senior QS level, client facing, with full commercial and contractual responsibility for delivering fast track, turnkey fit out solutions to a large portfolio of corporate clients.

Having undergone a sustained level of managed growth over the past number of years, including considerable diversification of their client base our client are in a very strong position going forward. On a day-to-day basis they offer a flexible work / office environment, with hybrid working available post probation. There will be a need to be within reasonable access of the office during remote working.

Candidate Specification:

• Candidates will have a SCSI / RICS recognised degree.
• Have achieved chartered status or be working towards same.
• Have at least 5 years post grad experience.
• Experience working on fast track fit out projects from a PQS or Main Contractor background.
• Have a good working knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and negotiation skills.
