Key Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy on site
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works
- Manage setting out duties using latest technologies.
- Supervise daily site operations and monitor progress of subcontractors
- Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time, ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintain quality control procedures and support BCAR documentation
- Uphold health & safety and environmental standards across all works
- Track and report on project progress to site management
- Carry out other project-related tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in a Site Engineer role with a main contractor or developer, ideally some housing experience.
- Proficiency in setting out and surveying using modern equipment
- Full clean driving licence
- A strong eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
